Hey Joe... 95 RRC 3.9l, at idle, sometimes makes a whining noise at a very low rpm. It's coming from the engine, maybe around the water pump. Not really sure. I've already cleaned the idle controller and where it's connected on the intake. Ever heard of this before?
- Joe says... It could possibly be the water pump or the alternator bearing, check with the dealer, they should be able to find out the source. LRJ
