Hey Joe... The steering column won't move up or down or out and in and I can hear the motor trying to but it won't move.
  • Joe says... We normally see the telescope motor brackets fail if you can hear the motor running. On the tilt it sounds like the motor. Hard to say without know year or model. LRJ
